I think that one of the greatest things about calling into Creek Plastics is that when you call the 517-423-1178 phone number, a human answers!
There is no automated system that requires you to type in a person’s first then last name. There is no menu as to which department you would like to be connected to. There is no numeric menu of reasons for your call… There is a human asking, “How can we help?”
We do not tell you how long your wait time will be, or where you are in line. Nor do we ask you (and this is my personal favorite), “Please try your call again later!”
The human touch is the initial beginning at Creek Plastics, setting us apart from many other companies. Both Ashley and Amie (who answer the majority of our calls), are an excellent start into what we believe is exemplary customer service!
Spring is FINALLY here, the ground is thawing, and for many (especially those in the construction industry), it’s time to get back to work. We look forward to talking with you and personally helping you with your project needs.
