Having grown up a Michigan fan you learn early on never to say “Ohio State” out loud. They are referred to as “that school down south.” Likewise, OSU fans try never to say the “M” in “ichigan.”

The announcement attached below is from a company whose name I shall not use either. I have a couple nicknames for them like: “The Big Pond” or “Brand X.”
This announcement is about the 4th plant they are building in India. Hyderabad Telangana, India to be exact. Now if you believe Google, Hyderabad is 8,178 miles from Tecumseh MI (or about a $28,000 truckload rate). I would like to say half way around the world, but I think technically it is closer to a 3rd of the way.

The Hyderabad location is also “strategically positioned for exports to Southeast Asia,” according to Paresh Chari, CEO of ….”The Big Pond.”

Although I cannot speak for everyone here at Creek Plastics, I wish them great success as they continue to grow in India, North Africa and Asia. I hope they continue to focus on those regions for years to come.

Again all the best to them, as they focus on spreading their tentacles into the 3rd world countries around the planet… and please don’t worry about North America, as we will try to take good care of it here at Creek Plastics. Our main focus will remain North America for some time to come.

Happy 4th of July to all!
Barry
