Last week the Creek Plastic team took an interesting field trip to Jackson Michigan. You might be thinking there is nothing interesting about Jackson, and in most cases, you would be correct.
However, on this day there was. There is a project underway for a new bridge on Cooper street over I-94. As part of the project, they were running conduit and cable under the highway. We got there in time to watch as they pulled 6- 4inch SIDR11.5 pipe through the hole from the north side of I-94 to the south side. A total of 1500 feet. That is a lot of plastic moving through!
This seemed a slow and laborious process moving foot by foot deep under the busy highway. It was quite educational for the Creek Plastics team. It was great to see our product being put to use. It helped all of us learn the challenges faced by our end users!
This is a large, on-going project that we are proud to be a part of! So for you next pipe project large or small, get Creek Plastic involved!
