Please let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Barry Hartmann and I have recently joined Creek Plastics in a sales capacity. I come to Creek Plastics with over twenty years of experience In industrial sales and sales management. Focusing on customer service and meet or exceeding their expectations has always been my goal. As I went through interviewing process in talking to the team here it became quite obvious to me that this was Creek Plastics goal as well.
Everyone within this organization is committed to meeting or exceeding those expectations. How can we improve systems? How can I do my job better? How can we gain yet another satisfied customer? This is our goal and this is what brings us to work. We have an outstanding product line and because we are not a huge organization we are nimble enough to react to special needs or unique orders that are out of the “norm.” Satisfying the customer by delivering above expectations, that is our mission.
