Hello to all.
My name is Scott Callison, I am new to Creek Plastics. Creek Plastics has brought me on board to expand the diversity of the products we manufacture. As you may already know we do Extrusions of plastic, you know us from all the pipe and conduit we manufacture. What you might not know is that an extruder is like a big Playdough machine, we put plastic pellets in one end and a solid plastic shape comes out the other. We can make any shape we need. Think about 8000 Feet of Hot Wheel track. We do the shape and the length goes on and on.
Creek Plastics has brought me in as a Product Development Engineer. I will be doing the tooling design and working with the customers to develop the perfect product for the application. I will also work with the customers to develop tolerances and specifications that meet or exceed the needs of the product. Then we will lock in all the wonderful testing procedures so that we get the same part every time. As you already know Creek Plastics has a great reputation for quality products and that must carry on.
As for Me…
I have 29 years of experience in the Machining and Manufacturing industry. I grew up in a machine shop so everything mechanical is of interest to me. I am married with three 20 something year old daughters so nothing scares me… and I enjoy ATV’s, motorcycles and trail riding with my family.
